Julia specialises in designing and facilitating processes to help groups or teams achieve their desired outcomes. She has extensive experience in workshop design and in the design and management of broader processes for teams undertaking complex projects.
She has strong project management and facilitation skills and has a demonstrated ability to quickly develop rapport with people from all walks of life and levels within an organisation.
